Résumé

This work introduces (i) toleranced collections of balls to represent protein assemblies known with uncertainties (ii) a method to highlight stable complexes within such assemblies. This method is used to check the coherence between Tandem A nity Puri cation data and plausible reconstructions of the Nuclear Pore Complex.
