Preoperative fMRI exploration of the dominant inferior parietal lobule
Abstract
The silent word generation was used as a baseline task confirming either the Wada test either the lateralization Harris test for the other subjects. Activation of the prefrontal cortex and inferior frontal were constant in the dominant hemisphere. The visual memory task appears as a powerful means of highlightinh the inforior parietal lobule and the striate occipital areas.
