Our subject concerns the structuring of semantic content for image database in order to share knowledge, expertise and know-how between actors. In this context, the Laboratory "Regions and patrimony resources in Tunisia" (LRRPT) wants to release this acception of sharing and communication between the actors of the domain and the image object of tunisian patrimony. In this project, we use the economic intelligence process in order to answer the decision-making needs of the Lab director. The proposal is a methodological framework way for the Lab actors to capitalize information resources around a complex object: the patrimony image. In a practical way, as solution, we proposed an information system, with an interface similar to a digital-library, to facilitate the provision, the information retrieval and the enrichment of resources. The system is based on a functional architecture to provide the indexing, annotation and information retrieval process.
