This document contains an update of the joint programme of activities covering the remaining 12 months of the EMANICS Network of Excellence (NoE), namly month 37 to month 48. In the foreseen 12 months, EMANICS will keep the same organization as in the previous 12 months of the second phase, perform the same four activities (joint executed research, integration, dissemination and management), and use the same number of work-packages. While constant in its structure, the joint programme of activities for the next 12 months contains numerous evolutions in the content of all work-packages as well as in the funding breakdown, increasing even more the focus on stronger integration and more scientific dissemination outside the network. Work-package 0 is in charge of the project management and financial coordination. Work- package 1 is dedicated to both educational and research integration activities within the network. Work-package 2 concentrates all activities on virtual laboratories and common testbeds that are setup and operated within the network. Work-package 3 is in charge of the integration and dissemination activities of scientific research and education through workshops, conferences, schools and educational resource development. Work-package 4 maintains the electronic dissemination environment and acts as a laboratory for new dissemination initiatives. Work-package 5 targets the interaction with industry, other projects and supports the standardization activities undertaken within EMANICS. Work-package 6 manages the open source and software packaging efforts undertaken in EMANICS. Work-package 7, 8 and 9 are the three full research work-packages. Work-package 7 focuses on the scalability aspects of management with a special focus on security, fault, and configuration management. Work- package 8 addresses all aspects of network economics from a management perspective. Work- package 9 focuses on autonomic management.
