Harnack type inequality on Riemannian manifolds of dimensions 4, 5 and 6.

Résumé : We give some estimates of type sup * inf on Riemannian manifold of dimensions 4, 5 and 6 for a Yamabe type equation. As a consequence, we have an uniqueness result.
