The Vlasov-Maxwell system with strong initial magnetic field. Part II : Finite Larmor radius regime

Abstract: We study here the finite Larmor radius regime for the Vlasov-Maxwell equations with strong initial magnetic field. The proofs follow by the modulated energy technique. We establish convergence results for the electro-magnetic field and we justify rigorously the limit for the circle center distribution.
