Abstract : This paper describes our work concerning the dynamic formation and reformation of teams in the context of multi-agent planning under uncertainty. We seek to develop a fully decentralized system which uses solely the individual observations of each of its agents in order to adjust its own composition in regards to the evolution of the task at hand. We present our model along with some of its interesting structural properties. We also show how our model generalizes the definitions usually encountered within the realm of cooperative game theory to the stochastic case.
