Optimisation énergétique de tables horaires de métros: une approche hybride

Abstract : In a metro line, metros are capable to generate electricity by braking. This energy, immediately available in the third rail, is lost if no metro in the neighborhood can consume it. Thus it is possible to decrease total energy consumption by synchronizing accelerations and brakings. We describe a model which does not alter quality of service by subtly modifying dwell times. A hybrid genetic/linear algorithm has been implemented to tackle this problem and compute the distribution of braking metros. On a typical example, the savings are more than 6%.
