Abstract : Two strong tendencies in social networks today are their growing multidimensionality and the key role of social objects around which they crystallize. We define OCSO as semantic web schema to describe finely these social objects and their afferent social activity. Then we defend the use of spreading activation algorithms to perform complex recommendation in multidimensional social networks. A possible approach to what we call semantic spreading activation is introduced in order to exploit, among others, the OCSO model.
