Conception d'un système de veille : une approche par le concept d'environnement pertinent

Abstract : The effectiveness of any business intelligence system is directly correlated to the degree of ownership of the information provided by the key decision makers in the organization. The quality of the interaction between the intelligence system and decision system is therefore crucial. This interaction strongly depends on the attention that policymakers attach to information they receive, so the concordance between this information and their interests. The approach presented here intends to identify and characterize, through a set of original matrices, threats and opportunities that constitute the relevant environment of the organization, as its key decision makers perceive them. The establishment of a device articulating an intelligence system, the decision-making system and a computer interface capable of handling real-time instrumental apparatus on which the analysis of the relevant environment, is part of a logic Constitution particularly interactive hybrid networks
