Abstract. In this short note we present a possible disproof of the Riemann hypothesis. Our method is based on a set necessary conditions for a class of genus 0 entire functions having only positive zeros. We apply these conditions to the Riemann zeta function and it fails, thus it seems that the Riemann hypothesis is false.
