As produções na área de Ensino de ciências e matemática nas comunicações nos colóquios internacionais sobre Análise Estatística Implicativa

Abstract : One field that has been developing in Brazil is the area of Science and Mathematics Teaching. We highlight the importance of statistics as a fundamental tool for research in science. Within Statistics, there is Statistical Implication Analysis (SAI) which offers rich tools for research in several areas of knowledge. In this article, we set out to investigate how S.A.I. has been used as a tool in research in the area of Science and Mathematics Teaching. To do this, we selected two journals in the area of Science Teaching (one Brazilian and one Spanish) and the last three international seminars on Statistical Implication Analysis (SAI). As results we did not observe the use of SAI in the articles of the selected journals. In the most recent meeting, despite the predominance of research studies in the Mathematics Area, other areas related to the Teaching of Sciences and Mathematics such as Biology and Physics made contributions. However, no research was presented in the area of Chemistry. It was also observed that the articles in which one of the authors of institutions was from Brazil were those that indicated they had links with Institutions linked to the area of Science and Mathematics Teaching.
