We present in this document a user's manual of the CGKAT tool. CGKAT allows to define knowledge bases with conceptual graphs. These graphs are linked with hypertext links to expertise documents. CGKAT also provides information retrieval from the graph base and from documents. CGKAT offers a generic ontology, defined thanks to a restructuring and combination of some existing ontologies and of the semantically structured dictionary WORDNET.
