Stabilization of a class of Delay Systems using PI methods
Résumé
We study in this report the $H_\infty$-stabilizing properties of PI controllers for particular SISO delay systems of three classes : dead-time systems as well as retarded or neutral systems. For a subclass of neutral systems, this enables us to deduce a parametrization of all $H_\infty$-stabilizing controllers.
