Abstract : The present paper proposes to compensate displacements and\RRabstract{The present paper proposes to compensate displacements and distortions in MRI image sequences using markers attached to the skull. We develop a multi-model, parametric method based on sub-voxelic interpolation of the known marker geometry and analyse the performances, limits and perspectives of the method.
