Alternative Assignment and Sequencing on 2-Parallel Machine problem under constraints

Résumé

The purpose of this article is to present a resolution method applied on an industrial problem. This problem is a parallel machine problem with some constraints and the objective is to find a feasible solution with a minimum cost.
