Abstract : This paper presents a comparison of different detection methods which could be used to sense a frequency band in order to select a particular channel and a particular communication standard in a wideband melted signal. Here we focus on a generic WLAN receiver based on SDR principles, capable of sampling several overlapping channels to demodulate simultaneously concurrent users possibly using different waveforms.
