EMANICS Periodic Activity Report January 1, 2008 – December 31, 2008
Résumé
This document contains the activity report covering the third year of activity of the EMANICS Network of Excellence. The report shows that in the third year, the project has continued to evolve as planed and has met all its objectives. All recommendations made by the reviewers after year two evaluation were integrated in 2008. A new JPA covering months 25-42 was submitted to the commission at the end of phase I. A revised version of this JPA covering months 37 to 48 will be provided in January 2009. At the management level, the per-application and selection based funding model of the network has been pursued continuing to enable on the fly budget adaptation and distribution based on scientific excellence and project involvement. No major management problem has been encountered by the network this year.
