Une méthodologie de Knowledge Management appliquée au processus d'Intelligence Economique
Résumé
This dispensation is an era of knowledge explosion and its exploitation in any organization or institution is inevitably required if there would be attainment of progress in the competitive environment to which it belongs to. It is imperative to establish a system of organization, conservation, and transmission of existing system as well as to anticipate needs of new skills/knowledge. The goal of this study is to enable the preservation of knowledge in the various phases of the EI process by acquiring, organizing, integrating and preserving (capitalizing) such knowledge in order to exploit it in terms of re-use and distribution of knowledge.
Actuellement, quelque soit l'organisation ou l'institution, celle-ci est inévitablement confrontée au problème de l'explosion de la masse de connaissances disponibles, mais surtout à son utilisation pour se développer et subsister dans son environnement. C'est désormais un impératif pour ces organisations d'établir un système pour conserver et transmettre les informations pertinentes aussi bien que pour anticiper des besoins en connaissances et compétences nouvelles. L'objectif de cette étude est de permettre la préservation des connaissances tout au long du processus d'Intelligence Economique par l'acquisition, l'organisation, l'intégration et la préservation de ces connaissances de manière à pouvoir mieux les exploiter, les réutiliser et les transférer.
