Abstract : This booksection presents Software Product Line design techniques relying on UML model transformations. Both static and behavioral aspects of the Software Product Line and its derivation into a specific product are examined here. Transformations algorithms are given to support these design techniques, and an algebraic approach is proposed to capture behavioral requirements specification and their translation into state-charts diagrams.
