Suivi 3D multi-objets basé modèle par vidéo pour la surveillance de salles de traitement

Abstract : We present a method to track a patient and the equipment in a radiotherapy treatment room, by exploiting the information in the treatment plan, enriched with other elements such as visual, geometric and " semantic " information. A generic model, that we developed, is used to create a virtual environment from these information items. Also using images resulting from several cameras, the pose of the elements is calculated by 3D registration, with a dissimilarity function we defined. The method is based on the features of the elements, and on a fuzzy formalism. The firsts tests in the absence of treatment demonstrated the feasibility of the method, which will be exploited in an security module by external control.
