Abstract : The research works briefly reviewed in this dissertation deal with questions related to multimodal and interventional medical imaging within two application frameworks. First, multimodal dynamic data acquisition of a speaking person is addressed (sound, ultrasound images, electromagnetic motion capture sensors,...). Registration, synchronization and segmentation techniques are described in a view to build statistically founded models of the vocal tract. A second context is provided by interventional neuroradiology, an image-guided therapy technique. The goal is to improve the interventionalist's visual experience through a better integration of the 3D rotational angiography into the operating room. It is first shown how this 3D pre-operative image can be superimposed onto the live intra-operative video image feed. Besides, a real-time algorithm is developed to reconstruct the surgical micro-tool in 3D from two X-ray views, to locate it in the 3D image. Then, a new 3D model of the vessel tree is presented, that is adapted to interactive simulation of the therapeutic gesture. This paves the way towards more realistic and predictive models of the surgical scene. The long term objective is to make a 3D and dynamic view of this scene available to the interventionalist during the operation.
