This communication aims to present the situation in France concerning ePortfolios deployments strategies. After a national state of the art, we focus on a study realized in the University of Lorraine during the project eHR (ePortfolio for Human Resources). We expose the main strengths and the main brakes encountered in Lorraine. The second part of the communication will focus on new ideas and research to obtain a new definition for the identity through digital technologies. We present results from the research project ADN (Learning and Digital Identity) which is supported by MSH Lorraine.
