Abstract : The objective of this research is to provide an adaptive model by morphosyntactic analyzing opened to social re-indexing resources. For the quality of design, the implementation formalism and automatic analysis must bring the theoretical concepts to the needs and experimentation. Cognitive observations have shown the efficiency ratio in the results achieved and the resources used. In line with the nature of the object of study , formalization and analysis were built on the resources of the INA ( Natioanl Institute of Audiovisual ) and then extended to open Web resources for uses . In experiments in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology , the involvement of renowned organizations in France ( LNE, C'NANO and nanoMetrology Club ) proves interesting in terms of adaptability formalism , analysis and recommendation. The contribution of this work demonstrates , firstly , a conjuncture between " natural language processing "( NLP ) and knowledge organization to enhance the re-indexing process into a new field of study of nanoscience and nanotechnology. On the other hand, recommendations for decision support have been proposed for the approximation of the activities, projects and actors combining skills. These results highlight the need for a Community Management activity .
