Estimation de flux d'objets fluorescents dans les séquences de vidéo-microscopie

Abstract : Automatic analysis of dynamic content of video-microscopy image sequences is crucial for understanding molecular mechanisms involved in cell functions. In this paper, we propose an original approach for the analysis of the motions of vesicles in these sequences. We handle this issue by considering flows of objets within predefined regions. We investigate several methods to solve this problem and compare their performances in different situations.
