Abstract : The paper relays on a central problematic: the personalized access to information. Indeed, with the considerable growth of data, the heterogeneity of roles and needs and the spread development of mobile systems, it becomes important to propose a personalised system which allows to provide relevant and adapted information to user. This system takes into account the different user characteristics as well as the different contextual situations which influence his behaviour during the information access process. The personalised system is mainly founded on three elements: the profiles, the context and the services. Once the models are designed, the next step consists on taking the data provided from the models in order to execute personalisation process data extracted from database.
