Hardware and Arithmetic for Hyperelliptic Curves Cryptography

Abstract : We present our first results on the extension of computation accelerators designed for Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) to the case of Hyper-Elliptic Curve Cryptography (HECC). We will provide both arithmetic operators and computation architectures optimized for high speed, lost-cost implementation (silicon area and energy), and finally, protected crypto-processors against some Side Chanel Attacks (both passive and active ones).
