Cycle de vie et courbe d'apprentissage de produits complexes : le cas des outils coopératifs de management des connaissances

Abstract : The development of software dedicated to knowledge management seems to open new possibilities for storing information from the previous day, sharing of knowledge generated by the organization, development co-generating activities of more informational value. Users of these collaborative tools are experimenting concomitant learning process for the adoption of any innovation. This process leeds, over successive uses, to reach a level of expertise higher or lower. Meanwhile, the rapid technological progress tends to shorten the period during which a product is truly efficient by introducing ever more efficient competitors. The question is the user's ability to progress in the learning curve fast enough and far enough before the product capabilities are exceeded by another product that is substituted, questioning prior learning . The issue of knowledge management software is covered here from the reconciliation lifecycle curves and learning (Part One) and the density of problematic information (second part)
