Conformité des traitements logiciels : Qualification et données personnelles

Abstract : Software, being subject to the economy of immaterial goods, can easily be written collaboratively. However, in some areas, the freedom of modification is antagonistic with the need for stability induced by the need for compliance, or even certification, of systems. Taking the case of financial, aeronautical, and personal data compliance, we present technical and organizational means to reconcile collaborative creation and compliance with the enforcement of regulations.
