This deliverable repor ts the achievement of the three projects for the first nine-month pe- riod of the second phase. The par tners of the work package have met in Januar y 2008 in Barcelona to examine the progress and to identify any standing issues of these projects. The EMANICSLab project describes the setup of a testbed for distributed computing and storage which allows par tners to carr y out joint research activities. Next tasks include enlarging the testbed within EMANICS par tners in terms of resource and usage, and col- laborating the testbed with other infrastructures outside EMANICS. The SIP4EMANICS project enriches the VoIP testbed built in the first phase with several features and estab- lishes a P2PSIP overlay on the EMANICSLab testbed. The incentive of exploiting this in- frastructure still requires improvement. The COLLECT project continues collecting traces from various networks at par tner sites. Fur ther tasks focus on making traces available to EMANICS par tners. In addition, these projects are nicely cooperated by more than four par tners that have shown a great deal of collaboration.
