Abstract : To better understand the purposes of this work, I will first introduce the mathematical notions I used during this internship, as well as the applications that this work could have in the future. This work is mainly based on the Morse Theory and on the algorithms presented in [3] and [5], that is why I will give some details about my implementation and its integration in the original program. It is the starting point for the research step because it highlights the main problems of the previous solutions: thus, I will expose the ideas which have been proposed, implemented and tested. Finally, I will analyze the results provided by this new method, but also its limitations.
