Abstract : This paper provides sufficient conditions for stabilizing periodic discrete systems. These conditions are derived from a discrete version of a theorem due to Krasovski for continuous-time systems. This tool allows us to give a systematic design of time-varying stabilizing control for autonomous discrete systems that can not be stabilized by time-invariant feedback
