This article (in French) has been published as a carte blanche for the special issue no 86 of MathemaTICE. Its aims at motivating the fact that this special issue has entirely been written by women. After why the lack of parity in mathematics and computer science is an issue, then the reasons why parity is far from being reached. The last part suggests ways to improve parity in computer science and mathematics, and is intended mostly for teachers.
